Return & Exchange Guidelines
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt against
the included packing slip/invoice to ensure that your order is accurate and
void of defects.
If you need to return a portion of your order for any
reason, please contact our customer service department by email (service@wholesalecorset.com)
to request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). This
request must be made within 10 days of the receipt of your order.
Once your return has been approved, you will be issued a RMA
that is valid for 14 days. We regret
that we cannot extend this 14 day period nor can a new RMA number be
issued. We must receive your package within the 14 day period in order to
process your return. If your package
arrives outside of this 14 day period or if it is incomplete or lacking a RMA
number, your return will be denied and the items will be shipped back to the
shipping address we have on file at your expense.
Returns that bring your merchandise total below the
qualifying purchase tier will result in a deduction of the additional discount
from your return amount. Please see the wholesale discount pricing page and read about the minimum purchasing requirements for more
information. Exchanges are treated as
returns. Please follow the return
instructions and place a new order for any desired exchange items.
Please allow 15 business days to process your return. If a refund is owed, it will be issued to the
credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 business
days for your credit card company to process the refund. If you paid by Money Order or check, you will
be sent a paper check refund within 4-6 weeks.
Shipping charges cannot be
refunded under any circumstance once the order has shipped.
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original
packaging with all tags attached in the same condition in which you received
them. Failure to return a portion of the
packaging may result in a denial of your return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping
your return back to our warehouse.
Please take all necessary precautions when shipping your return (i.e.
insuring and/or tracking your shipment, packaging the items in a sturdy
container, etc.). We cannot be held
responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.

Defective Merchandise
If, upon inspection, you notice that some of your
merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service
department (service@wholesalecorset.com) within 10 days of the receipt of your
order. Upon approval, you may be sent
replacement merchandise and/or a prepaid return label or envelope. Follow any instructions that the Customer
Service department gives you. Failure to
follow these instructions may result in a denial of your claim and/or
additional charges for the replacement merchandise.
